1-ton and 1.5-ton systems are typically used for single rooms, garages, offices, or small spaces. Proper sizing depends on insulation, sun exposure, ceiling height, and other factors.

5-Year Limited Parts Warranty: Standard coverage on all mechanical and electrical components.
1-Year Labor Guarantee: Full installation labor coverage included at no extra cost.
5-Year Extended Labor: Upgrade your protection! Labor coverage is extended to 5 years with an active maintenance plan.
Professional Maintenance: Keep your system efficient for as low as $180/year. Note: Documented annual service is required to maintain warranty validity.
Exclusions: Coverage does not include failures due to power surges, lack of maintenance, or "Acts of God" (e.g., fire, flood, or extreme weather).
