How to use this chart

The saturation curve shows the pressure at which liquid and vapor R-32 coexist for a given temperature. In the field, you read this two ways:

  • Suction-side superheat: measure suction pressure → look up saturation temperature → subtract from the suction-line temperature. Open Superheat Calculator →

R-32 is a single-component HFC with no temperature glide, so one saturation curve serves both bubble and dew states. It is rated A2L (mildly flammable) — observe manufacturer leak, brazing, and ventilation requirements when servicing R-32 equipment.
